4 Eggs
1 Tablespoon Butter
1/4 Cup Chopped Onion
1/4 Cup Chopped Tomato
2 Tablespoons Feta Cheese
Heat the butter in a saucepan. Saute the onions, then add the eggs. When the eggs are almost done, stir in the onion and tomato. Cook until the cheese is melted and then add salt and pepper to season.
