6 Eggs
1/4 Cup Sliced Mushrooms
1/4 Cup Chopped Onions
1/4 Cup Chopped Bell Peppers
1/4 Cup Milk
1/4 Cup Chopped Tomato
1/4 Cup Shredded Cheese
Saute vegetables until the onions are transparent. Add the eggs and milk, then stir in tomatoes. When the eggs are almost done, add the cheese.
